Alcohol Rules and Regulations Form  

First and foremost, thank you for participating as an official restaurant at THE EVENT 2019!  This is our second largest fund raiser and is very important for our organization as we serve over 9,000 kids each year.

As you may know, we obtain a Special Events Liquor License each year for THE EVENT.  In order to comply with the Arizona State Liquor Board Rules and Regulations, official restaurants may provide cocktail sampling ONLY if they submit their Series 6 Catering License to BGC by the February 15, 2019 deadline.

We look forward to your participation and appreciate your understanding and compliance regarding this ongoing policy.  Please complete the form below and return to us by February 15, 2019.
